We’re constantly working to improve our custom domains feature. Custom domains have always been key to our sellers’ success, and our latest update allows you to easily opt out of your custom domain renewal with the new auto-renew toggle feature. This eliminates the need to contact our support team for assistance, giving you more control as a seller.
Custom domains are automatically set to renew annually, and this update gives you the ability to turn off any renewal at your own discretion. To manage your custom domain renewal, go to Domains in your top toolbar. You will see an “Auto-renew” column, under which you can find the on/off toggle feature for each domain. You can see when a custom domain will renew by hovering over each toggle.
When the toggle is turned on, your domain will remain active and the annual fee will be deducted from your profits for each domain. When it is turned off, your domain will stay active until its expiration date and you will not incur the renewal fee. Should you change your mind, you can still turn back on auto-renew before the expiration date.
